1946 Plymouth Farm Find

A stripped down 1946 Plymouth, left in the pasture to fade away.

But it's a much more respectful retirement than being hauled away on a scrap trailer. We found her with two other cars, so she won't face her forlorn future here alone.

From Junkyard Junkeez perspective, even if old cars are not complete, they are still very interesting to look over and document.

The last thing we worry about is perfection!

Her fenders weren't too far away and were in pretty good shape.

They were resting near the remains of a foundation, for what probably had been the homestead work shop/garage

1946 was one of the last years for suicide style doors on this model.

(the rear doors open the opposite direction of the front doors)

The three photos above show how the trees are starting to put a squeeze on the rear fenders.
